We will explore South Ossetia from completely virgin mountains and valleys, to the most recent traces of one of the last wars that Europe has suffered. A people wanting to open up to the world and teach their culture.
We will know the remains of the Alana culture, which came to put the Roman Empire in serious trouble and settled in half of Europe. After the defeat with the Ones, their culture was reduced to the highest regions of the Caucasus.

Day 1

Breakfast at the hotel at 8 am. We will head west to the next district of Znaur.
Here we will be able to see some wonderful constructions such as fortresses, World War II monuments, one of the largest defensive towers in the region (16th century) and its Monastery (13th century), a must-visit place for all newlyweds from Tskhinval. .
We will have lunch in the town of Tigva and return to have dinner in Tskhinval and continue visiting the city.
Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel. We will head north to the Dzau district.
We will visit the town of Gufta and continue to Lake Ertso. Upon arrival in Zon we will take a walking tour to its Paleolithic caves where we will have lunch.
Here there were some of the most famous hot springs with medicinal waters in the entire former USSR, but the entire town disappeared in a terrible earthquake (late 20th century). Its hot miraculous waters continue to rise from the depths of the Caucasus.
Day 4
Breakfast and departure to the Zonkar reservoir, a national reserve, where there is the possibility of fishing or simply enjoying the wonderful views of the Caucasus mountain range.
We will visit Jera Dzuar, the largest church in the country. Lunch in Dzau and later visit a spring near Khevit from which water emanates at a very high temperature. We will be able to visit the Stalin monument, built in 1953 in the town of Statikar. Dinner in the capital and night walk (optional).
Day 5
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Vladikavkaz.
