This trip is prepared so that in 11 days you can discover and get to know all the best that Morocco can offer, cities, towns, mountains, deserts, sea… A multitude of contrasts knowing its culture and people from within.
The trip that will begin in Morocco and will take us on a route through the Atlas mountains and its Berber culture, waterfalls and oasis until we reach the desert, there on camels we will arrive at a nomadic town in the middle of the desert where we will spend the night.
From the desert we will head north visiting the spectacular towns of Fez, Chefchaouen to Meknes, one of the 4 imperial cities of Morocco.
From Meknes we will go through Rabat to end up in Casablanca; two cities where you can appreciate the French colonialism that permeated this region for years.

Day 1
Pick up at the Marrakech airport and transfer to the Riad where you will spend the first 2 nights.
day 2
Marrakech is a city to dazzle the senses, today we will take a full day sightseeing tour to introduce you to its delights. Highlights include the marvelous Jemaa El Fna square, once a site of public execution, now bustling with storytellers and snake charmers; the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Medersa and the beautiful Majorelle Gardens.

Day 3
Today, we pick you up from the riad in Marrakech and depart for Ait Benhaddou over the High Atlas Mountains passing through the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260m). Ait Ben Haddou is a small town with one of the best preserved Kasbahs in all of Morocco. You will visit the Ksar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, at Ait Ben Haddou where we will spend the night.

Day 4
After breakfast, we will drive to Ouarzazate, stopping at the Atlas Film Studios before continuing to the city center and enjoying a panoramic view of the Taourirt Kasbah. We will drive to the Gorgas del Todra passing through Kelaa M’gouna, Boumalne du Dades with a panoramic view of the Dades valley. Later, we will continue to Todra Gorges via Imider and Tineghir.

Day 5
In the morning you will have free time to walk around the beautiful area of the Todra Gorges. In the afternoon we will drive through Tinejdad and Erfoud to the captivating dunes of Erg Chebbi, these dunes are also called Merzouga Dunes. We will arrive at the lodge and prepare for a camel trek for an hour and a half to enjoy the sunset, reaching the camp to spend the night in traditional nomad tents. Dinner and overnight in a bivouac in the middle of the dunes.

Day 6
We will get up early to enjoy the sunrise on top of the dunes in the Sahara desert and return by camel to the lodge where we will have breakfast and shower. We will leave towards Errachidia through Erfoud, Aoufous and the Ziz valley to stop and enjoy a panoramic view of the Aoufous oasis in the Tafilalte region. We will continue to Midelt through the Tizi N’talghamt pass where we will have lunch. From there we will go to Fes through the cedar forest near Azrou with the possibility of seeing monkeys in the region. We will make a stop in Ifrane (the Switzerland of Morocco) before arriving in Fez, where we will spend 2 nights in a riad.

Day 7
Enjoy a half-day walking tour of the medina, with free time in the afternoon to explore more of the city. The medina of Fez is the largest living medieval medicine in the world and protected by UNESCO. Explore the artisan quarters, and see the famous Fes leather tannery from above. In the evening, opt to dine in a converted riad with local specialties, music and belly dancing or visit a local hammam to chat with the locals.

Day 8
After breakfast we continue through the beautiful landscapes of the Rif mountains to reach “the Pearl of the North”, “Chefchaouen”. We will explore the blue city of Chefchaouen known for its blue painted walls, a testament to the rich history of the city. The blue-glazed houses and buildings were originally built by the city’s former Jewish population.

Day 9
Departure to Meknes, visit the imperial city with its famous gate, Bab El Mansour, the Moulay Ismail mausoleum and the Agdal basin. You will discover the ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis located about thirty kilometers from Meknes and the holy city of Moulay Idriss, a pilgrimage center for any Moroccan. Night in Meknes.

Day 10
Today we will drive from Meknes to Rabat, the political capital of the country. Here we will visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Oudaya Kasbah. In the afternoon we will make the transfer to Casablanca where we will spend the night.

Transfer to Casablanca airport and end of the trip.
