L\u00b4objectiu del curs \u00e9s aprendre a ser autosuficient en aquest tipus d\u00b4activitats en aquest terreny. No batrem cap r\u00e8cord.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Seguretat:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Com a professionals de muntanya no nom\u00e9s busquem el major gaudi, sin\u00f3 el major grau de seguretat possible durant les activitats. Per aix\u00f2 disposarem d&#8217;equips personals de seguretat, comunicaci\u00f3 i una farmaciola suficient.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s aconsellable estar en possessi\u00f3 d&#8217;una asseguran\u00e7a d&#8217;accident i de rescat que cobreixi qualsevol incid\u00e8ncia. Si no en disposes un te&#8217;l podem gestionar.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Material:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Es facilitar\u00e0 una llista de material als participants. Tot i que ser\u00e0 molt semblant al material requerit per realitzar activitats a mitja muntanya al Pirineu a
